Then it is blended with peanut oil or sesame oil with strong fragrance in a certain proportion, and is supplied to the market as "light peanut oil" or "light sesame oil".
②Nutrient blending oil
Use corn germ oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, rice bran oil and soybean oil to formulate rich in linoleic acid and vitamin E, Moreover, a reasonable proportion of nutrient health oil is provided for patients with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease and essential fatty acid deficiency.
③Frying blending oil
Hydrogenated oil and fully refined cottonseed oil, rapeseed oil, lard or other fats can be formulated into a frying fat with balanced fatty acid composition, good shortening performance and high smoke point.
2. Processing of blending oil
The processing of the blending oil is relatively simple, and it can be prepared in general refining workshops without the need to add special equipment. When preparing the flavor blending oil, measure the fully refined oil and heat it up to 35-40°C while stirring, add the rich flavored oil or other oils in proportion, and continue to stir for 30 minutes before storage or packaging. If the high linoleic acid nutrient oil is prepared, it should be carried out at room temperature and a certain amount of vitamin E should be added; if the frying oil with a higher degree of saturation is prepared, the temperature should be higher when mixing, generally 50-60 ℃, It is best to add a certain amount of antioxidants according to the regulations, such as adding 0.5/1000 tea polyphenols, or 0.02% TBHQ or 0.02% BHT and other antioxidants.
3. The principle of the ratio of nutritional blended oil
It is required that its fatty acid composition is basically balanced, and saturated fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acids, and polyunsaturated fatty acids are 1:1:1. Usually, soybean salad oil or rapeseed salad oil is the main ingredient, which accounts for about 90%, peanut oil accounts for 8%, and sesame oil (sesame oil) accounts for 2%.
