Main Equipments
 2 Neutralize pot: used to acid refining, alkali refining and washing.
 1 Decoloring pot: used to bleaching grease and get rid of pigment.
 1 Deodorization pot: used to remove grease’s stink, machine’s raw material is stainless steel.
 Vacuum pump: Provide the vacuum degree necessary for the decoloration, deodorization, can reach more than 755 MMHG
 Air Compressor:  to dry filtration cloth of the Plate Press Oil Filter and bleached clay .
 Vibrating Oil Filter: to filter the white clay from the oil.
 Steam Generator: to produce steam for the deodoration section.
 Conductive oil boiler: supply the heating that needs during produce, temperature up to 280℃.
 Vacuum pump: supply the vacuum for decoloring and deodorization sections, up to above 755mmHg.
 
3. Process Flow Introduction

There are certain NonTriglyceride factors exsit in the crude oil, such as free fatty acid, water,suspended impurities, volatile
matter, odors and etc. The oil refinery adopts the advanced technology to separate the impurities from oil, and then get the 
edible oil. The main function of this type oil refinery is to produce the high quality refined oil.

 
4. The Main Steps Of Crude Oil Refinery 
Degumming - Use the hydration method.
Deacification - Use the Alkali refining method.
Decolorization - Use the white clay to absorb the colouring materials.
Deodorizing - Use high temperature under high vacuum to remove the odor material.

1)Degumming And Neutralizing 
The purpose of degumming is to remove impurities such as phospholipids, gums and proteins etc. There are several methods as follows: water degumming, acid degumming, special degumming etc. 
2)Neutralizing 
The purpose of neutralizing is to remove free fatty acid in oil by using caustic soda while removing impurities such as phospholipid, pigments, metal ions, peroxide etc. by use of soapstock.
3)Bleaching
Bleaching is the process operation which removes colouring matters by mixing bleaching earth with oil under controlled conditions of temperature. After proper mixing with bleaching earth for a specific residence time, the mixture is finally pumped into leaf filters with stainless steel mesh elements followed by polishing filtration.
4)Deodorizing
Deodorizing is the final stage in oil refining in order to remove odoriferous material, free fatty acids and other undesired minor components by steam distillation under condition of high temperature (240°C-260°C)and vacuum (755mmHg)to produce a bland oil with a good shelf life.After this section,the acid value could be as low as 0.3mg/g.
