1. product description
The flaking mill is mainly composed of two (more) rotating roller (high alloy) which are opposite to each other. When the oil crops (soybean, peanut, cottonseed, etc.) passes through the middle of the two roller, the embryo piece is formed by the instantaneous pressing force. The oil is then refined and leached to form a finished edible oil, which is a typical extrusion force device.
The flaking mill is the first process in the pressing workshop of the vegetable oil processing enterprise. The necessary core equipment of the pretreatment equipment directly affects the oil yield of the oil plant. It is suitable for pressing different types of oil crops, softening and crushing soybeans, sunflowers, cottonseed, rapeseed, peanut, ramie and other oils and seed materials are pressed to change the tissue structure of the oil and fat, and different thickness of the embryo is pressed according to the characteristics of the oil, which is more conducive to the extraction of oil and the separation of oil and protein.

2.1.Technical features
