Oilseed crushing and crushing equipment
In the oil processing process, the oilseed with larger particles or pre-pressed cake needs to be crushed. Different oilseeds have different crushing process indicators and crushing equipments.
1. Oilseed Crushing
Using mechanical methods, the process of reducing the particle size of the oil is called crushing.
The purpose of crushing is to change the particle size of the large-grain oil to flaking; for pre-pressed cakes, it is to make the cakes moderate in size and create good oil extraction conditions for solvent extraction or second pressing. Crushing is often used for large-grain oils or pre-pressed cakes such as soybeans, peanut kernels, oil palm kernels, dried coconuts, tung oil seeds and oil tea seeds.
2. Several technical indicators of oilseed crushing
①The soybean crushing equipment is dental plate Crusher and multi-stage crusher. The moisture content of the raw material is 10-15%, the crushing degree is 4-8 petals, and the powder-7.87 mesh/cm passes through the sieve, and does not exceed 10%;
②The peanut kernel crushing equipment is dental plate Crusher and multi-stage crusher. The moisture content of the raw material is 7-12%, the degree of crushing is 6-8 petals, and the powder-7.87 mesh/cm passes through the sieve, and does not exceed 5%;
③The pre-pressed cake crushing equipment is toothed cracking roll and multi-stage crusher. The moisture content of the raw material is 8-11%, the degree of crushing is 6-10 petals (mm) on the maximum diagonal, and the powder does not exceed 10%.
