1. Preface
Oil sunflower is a major oil crop in my country, distributed in the three provinces of Northeast China, Xinjiang, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and northern Shaanxi and other regions.
At present, most of the domestic oil production enterprises adopt the traditional method of oil production with hull. The result is that the equipment is worn out, short life, low oil yield, large impurities, high wax content, low protein content, high energy consumption and other defects. Because the hull does not contain oil but also absorbs oil, the hull contains high wax,The oil turbid and does not meet the standard, which adds a lot of load to the next process, high loss, and increases the cost of oil refining.In view of the above situation, our company has developed a new oil sunflower hulling process, which has large output, low power consumption, long equipment life, energy saving and consumption reduction, and improved economic benefits. The quality of the oil produced is better than that of the country standard. The development of this new process fills the gap in the oil processing industry.
2. Sunflower seeds introduction
Sunflower seeds are divided into flower sunflower and oil sunflower. Oil sunflower is used to make oil in the oil industry.
1) Oil sunflower seeds: about 8-15mm in length, 5-8mm in width, about 70% in kernel, 40-50% in kernel oil.Kernel is rich in protein, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and so on.
2) Oil sunflower hull
①Hull content: about 20-40% hull
②The hull contains 0.4-10.7% of wax, accounting for 75% of the wax in whole seeds.
③It is mainly composed of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin.
④Low oil content, loose structure and the large number of pores,which can absorb a large amount of oil. when it is used to press oil, it will wear out the equipment and reduce the service life of the equipment, so it needs to be shelled to make oil.
3. Introduction of sunflower oil
Sunflower oil is one of the most healthy vegetable oils.

5. Technical characteristics

6.Significant economic benefits
1) Increase in oil production
On the basis of about 30% of the hull of oil sunflower in our country, for every 1.5% of the hull content in the kernel, 19% of the hulling will be calculated based on 1 ton:
190 kilograms of hull per ton,
For every 1.5% reduction in hull in kernels
Oil contains in kernel 45 %
190 × 1.5% × 45%=1.2825 kg
The hull takes away 1.2825kg of crude oil.
190 kg of hulls are separated per ton, that is, 190 kg of meal is reduced;
Meal residual oil 1.0-1.2%;
190 × 1.1%=2.09 kg(Instant meal oil absorption reduced by 2.09 kg)
2.09 kg-1.2825 kg = 0.8075 kg
Based on the daily processing of 200 tons of raw materials and the annual production of 300 days:
0.8075×200×300=48450 kg
That is, the annual increase in oil production is 48.45 tons. Calculated at 10,000 yuan per ton of oil, the annual benefit is 484,500 yuan.
2) The wax content in the oil decreases and the oil refining rate increases.
The hull contains 0.4—10.7% of wax, which accounts for 75% of the wax in whole seeds. All the wax made from whole seeds will enter the oil. The wax cake contains high oil content, and a large amount of oil is taken away during filtration.
The wax content in the oil prepared after hulling is 0.011—0.015%. The wax content in the oil is reduced by about 50%, and the dewaxing process reduces the oil loss by 50%.The oil dewaxing refining rate is increased by 50%.
3) Power consumption has not increased but decreased slightly
Oil sunflower pre-pressing workshop:
①The aspirating type hulling and separating unit, the electricity consumption accounts for 10% of the total electricity consumption of the pre-pressing workshop(Compared with With hull oil production:10%＜12%);
②Take off 19% of the oil sunflower seed hull, so that the power configuration of the process equipment after peeling is reduced by 12%;
4)The protein content of meal is increased
